How do I place an order?

You may place an order on the web, by fax, phone or in person. If you are a new customer, please include detailed directions to your house, plus a daytime phone number.

When do I place an order?

You should order by the Friday prior to the Tuesday you'd like your food delivered.  However, we can usually fill late orders, so send it in!

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

The minimum order for delivery is two meals, which consists of two main dishes, and two side dishes.   

Should I order a la carte, or should I sign up for the "What's for Dinner" meal plan?

If you'd prefer to look at the menu week by week and choose particular items and quantities, then you should order a la carte. If you want continuous, uninterrupted service, choose the "What's for Dinner" meal plan.

If I opt for the "What's for Dinner" meal plan, do I need to choose the meals I want?

When you use the "What's for Dinner" meal plan, we generally choose your meals for you, (keeping your allergies and preferences in mind.) However, if you'd like to commit to a particular level of service and would also like to choose your meals, just let us know. You can call us at (206)352-2583 and tell us your preferences, or you can fill out an order form, and mention in the notes that you're using the meal plan.

How much should I order?

As a starting place, when ordering a la carte, think in terms of one pound of food per person per meal. For example, a pound of main dish and a pound of side dish (grouped together on the menus) makes dinner for two people.

How do I get my food?

Leave a cooler with refreezable ice (frozen, of course) outside your door on Tuesday morning. Your food will be in the cooler by Tuesday afternoon or the early evening. Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the greater Seattle area: as far north as Edmonds, as far east as Redmond, as far west as West Seattle, and as far south as south Bellevue. If you are outside of our delivery area, you're welcome to use our "will-call" service and pick up your meals at the storefront between 8am and 6pm on Tuesdays. We will consider deliveries outside our usual area on a case by case basis, and if we are able to make them, there will be a nominal delivery charge.

We include nutritional info for nearly every menu item - keep in mind that it is per 8oz serving.  We are 100% trans-fat free, and use organic ingredients as much as possible with maintaining affordable prices.
