Our Mission To provide tasty, affordable, vegetarian meals for busy people. We provide weekly delivery of "Heat and Serve" meals to homes and businesses throughout the Seattle area, from a weekly changing menu. Each Lucky Palate meal consists of a main dish and a side dish, packaged in one pound containers. They arrive cold, and will keep in your refrigerator for a week. Each meal is labeled with its ingredients, and we provide nutritional analyses for most items. Our food has a low fat, whole foods emphasis, and we use organic ingredients whenever possible. Our objective is to create the best possible balance between flavor, health and cost. Lucky Palate food is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are unhappy / less than pleased for any reason, return the uneaten portion for a full refund.
